Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill the roles of Telesales Caller and Marketing Assistant. As part of our team, you will be responsible for making cold sales calls, convincing customers to acquire websites and enroll in digital marketing courses, and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales Caller:

• Conduct cold sales calls to potential clients, introducing our website development services and digital marketing courses.
• Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and tailor our offerings to meet their requirements.
• Effectively communicate the value of our services and courses, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Marketing Assistant:

• Publish given content, reels, and creatives on social media platforms to promote our services and courses.
• Manage and update social media profiles and promptly respond to inquiries and comments.
• Generate and share Instagram stories highlighting our courses and success stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, with a successful track record in sales conversions.
• Basic knowledge of website development and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
